I bring over 21 years of real estate experience to helping Placer County clients achieve exceptional results—whether they are selling, buying, or doing both. As a Granite Bay resident since 1996, I pair deep local market knowledge with a hands-on, highly communicative approach that keeps my clients informed and confident at every stage.


Before real estate, I built a successful career in media advertising and marketing with ABC-Disney and KCRA-NBC Channel 3. This background gives my sellers a distinct advantage. I know how to position a home to stand out, attract qualified buyers, and maximize value through strategic pricing, presentation, and targeted marketing.


For buyers, my local expertise and negotiation skills are key. I help clients understand true market value, identify opportunities, and craft strong, well-timed offers—while negotiating terms that protect their interests and create a smooth path to closing.
